The following forms are to be signed and sent back to me. I will keep a copy and I can send back a signed copy. These are district required forms that lets us know that

• you agree to the district and school rules and policies
• you allow your child to access the internet and participate in online activities.
• you allow us to take an image of your child such as pictures and movies
• you allow your child to use the school library, borrow books and take them to the classroom
